Q: What can you tell us about the history of your business

A: I began as primarily a wedding and engagement photographer in 2006 and focused on that while my children were little. As they have grown and as my Newlyweds became parents and even have high school graduates now I expanded to include events, families and even Seniors. I want to be there for all the moments.

Q: Can you share a memorable experience or success story that highlights the impact of your business on our community?

A: I am very much hoping that my record of local Democrats winning when I take their campaign photos continues. I am 1-1 and hoping to make it 4-4 this year. ;-)

Q: Have there been any mentors or individuals who have played a significant role in guiding or supporting you along your journey as a small business owner?

A: I have a wonderful group of photog friends that lean on each other for support and inspiration. As a whole Northeast Ohio's photographers value community over competition.

Q: From your perspective, what is the business climate like in Tallmadge

A: There are so many creative and niche businesses in Tallmadge. This is only possible through local support and speaks so well for us as a community.

Q: What message would you like to share with the residents of Tallmadge about the importance of supporting local businesses?

A: Tallmadge Strong is the hashtag of this town; from schools to leadership to the businesses and members of the community. We are a small town with booming growth and we can only do it together.

Q: What would you like to see for the future of economic development in our city?

A: A truly hard question because while I don't want to see green spaces lessened I also know we need growth to support community projects and maintenance. I would like to see a very considered balance between keeping us feeling small but not shrinking due to neglect of opportunity.
